How long does shipping take? What carriers do you use? 

Shipping length depends on your location. We use USPS First Class mail and bow ties are typically shipped within two days of your online order. However, if you are last minute shopping for a special occasion or holiday and need your bow tie fast, then we are happy to adjust our shipping accordingly. Just notify us of your preference when you place your order.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

As long as it is your P.O. box, then we are happy to ship your tie anywhere you want.

Do you ship internationally?

We will ship internationally. However, depending on your international location, additional shipping costs may apply.

Can I use PayPal to purchase a Lion's Thread tie?

Our online store is set up using the PayPal operating system, so you are welcome to connect to your account through the Lion's Thread site.

Returning or Exchanging

If purchased from an outside retail store, then all refunds and exchanges must be handled with retailer.

 If purchased directly from our website, you may return by mail. In order to make a return, you must have proof of purchase (emailed receipt). We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Lion’s Thread is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Since quantities may be limited, we can not guarantee you will receive an exchange of the exact design; however, we will do everything in our power to make the exchange as close as possible.

Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, then it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
